9th Aniversary of Nilai Methodist Church

On Sunday morning, I went to church with Vincent and Melvin. I was not a Christian but since both of them persuaded me to go then I followed. It was Nilai Methodist Church 9th Anniversary that weekend. Therefore, there are quite a number of people turned out to the Sunday prayer. Anyway, majority of them still students..... as everyone know la, Nilai is the city of education. Like normal church, the Christian songs were the best part. I love the melody a lot. Futhermore, what made me envy is that those people who always go church can really sing very very well. Just dunnoe why??? I wonder... Haha.. After that, the prist had a talk about a small chapter of the bible. If not mistaken it was Isiah....
On the way to church

The most excitement programme was followed after the prist gave his talk. It is the PERFORMANCE TIME!!! Only during the anniversary, the church will have performance. The kids dance and sang, Indonesian brother and sisters delivered thier effort in singing a song too and last but not least college students did a sketch. The sketch was about the life of Jesus Christ. Forget to inform you that most of the sketch actors and actress are the friends of mine. Overall, it was really really nice. Look at the photos then you can see how many efforts they have put it on this sketch. Bravo guys!!
After that, it was thanks giving followed by the cake cutting ceremony and lunch. I really enjoy myself that day. It was really a great experince for me. Haha..

The purpose Wen Hoong held this party was to bid farewell among students and lecutrers as this is our last week of having class leassons then after that everyone will be busy with SAM public exam and preparing to fly to Aussie.
Mr. Yee (economics lecturer) was helping www and jason to cut

And as usual, for me the success of a event is how nice the food was.Overall, it was in my expectation, the food was great and yummy!!! We had Mee Goreng, Bihun Goreng, Chicken Curry, nuggets, sausages, fishballs, sandwhiches, qatermelons, Kajang satay, and not forgetting the delicious KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKENS. Michael, Vincent and I had practised dancing Para Para Sakura just to entertain everyone it the party.. I know it looks quite funny for 3 Ma Lat Lou dancing. Besides, we only used 30 minutes to practise it. So we did scramble around. Anyway, we did make everyone in the house happy with laughter. Haha... Have a look on the clip

Ouchh..... Pain.....

Since the previous month, I started to feel pain on my right leg's lateral collateral ligament. (the part slightly beside human's knee) How I get this injuries? I really have no idea. My gf persuaded me to consult the doctor but I just ignored her advice. Then after one week the pain was gone. Therefore, I had forgot about it. Besides that, lately, I hurt my toe too where I was stepped by someone (I aslo not sure who he is) when I was playing basketball. Wow, the pain was unbareable... And I still remember that my toe started to turn black redness the following day. Anyway, after I had applied ZAM BUK on it then the black redness gone and I no longer need to suffer the pain already.

Yesterday, after the class was finished, I went to exercise. It had been roughly two weeks I din sports due to the pain in my toe. Therefore, I jog for 3 rounds and I played basketball too. Aiyah, what kind of leg I got. The pain on the ligament strike me again. This time I was really confirmed that my right leg's lateral collateral ligament had torn. Damn!! Its really pain!!! I cant even walk properly. I feel difficult to climb the stairs, difficult to walk back to hostel, and more important difficult to walk to toilet too. T.T.... The way I walk was quite funny. I only depends on my left leg to move while dragging my right leg forward. Kelian oo.... Should I consult doctor?? No lar.. I dont think it is apropriate now. I got a test today and tommorrow. Moreover, next week I have two test and one presentation too. I prefer to wait and see how the injuries turn out to be. Who knows maybe it turned better like last time after a few days?? Hope so la...

How Can I Miss It ???

2.45am today morning, Manchester United has a match against Villarreal. It was the first UEFA Champions League match for this new season. From yesterday morning itself, Vincent and I had already planned to watch this match. One of the main reasons behind why I was so excited is because it had been a long time I din watch football match with him. Therefore, yesterday night I went to bed earlier than usual. After I set my handphone's alarm, I took my nap at 10.45pm. On the other hand, Vincent was enjoying Latern Festival that was held in volleyball court that moment. Anyway, from experince, he usually wouldn't sleep before the match. Therefore, I trust him that he can wake me up if neccessary.
Who knows everything turned out wrongly. When I woke up, I saw the clock showed that it was already 3.45pm. OH MY GOD!!!! I quickly woke up from my bed and check my handphone. Why din the alarm ring??? Why??? I guess, most probably I had turned it off when it rang at 2.30am. Aiyah just dunnoe... Blur dy.. After that, I quickly took my wallet and thinking of why din Vincent call me like he always does. I was so nervous that time and wanna to rush to bistro as fast as I can. However, on my way out, I passed by his room. I saw his shoes lay outside his room. It was just too impossible that he din watch the match either. The light of his room was off and I guess he overselpt too. Thus, I quickly made a call to him. So unfortunate that my handphone credit was expried at that crucial period. I wonder why just all these thing happen to me?? So bad luck. I really wanna watch that match la.... Haiz... At last I give up the match and when back my room to sleep. The match ended with goaless draw maybe because of our absence. I will definately wont miss this weekend match against Chelsea again!!

Universities Application

Recently, I was busy with the application of university. At last, only 5 months left before I can fly to Australia. What's my feeling now?? Happy and joyful of course. However, I am a little bit worried too. The South Australia Matriculation Final Exam is around the corner. And guess what, I haven't prepared anything!! not even 50%.... Haiz.... Damn!! It is scary. Deep in my heart I did regret that I play a lot in this one and a half year foundation. Moreover, I had lose the momentum like how I studied for SPM last time. T.T Anyway, I promise myself I won't let people around me to be disappointed. From today onwards, I will study hard, work hard and play less to achieve my goal. No more TRAVIAN, No more DOTA, No more MOVIES IN CINEMA, No more SHOPPING and last but not least no more HK DRAMA (erm...this one looks a little bit harsh, okay how about LESS HK DRAMA :P )

I will summit in the last application letter which is from Curtin to FAS today. Then all university application was done. In total, I had applied only 5 universities as only 5 universities in Australia have Actuarial Studies. The universities that I applied are:
  1. The Australian National University (ANU)
  2. University of Melbourne
  3. Macquire University
  4. University of New South Wales
  5. Curtin University
Wanna know my first choice?? ***da dang***...................Is ANU!!! Why ANU?? ANU has the highest ranking compare to others Aussie universities. Besides that, ANU is one of the toughest university to be enroll in. Therefore, I definitely will work hard to get into this uni. Nothing is impossible although the tertiary entry point (TER) for Actuarial Studies for ANU is 95 and above. Nevertheless, I believe I can do it and that is my goal. GAMBATEH HoNgInN!!

明天孩有希望 Tomorrow

The world we live in can do with giving
A child today is a child of our tomorrow
I've seen the children who have been broken
By wars and hunger and natural disaster
So broken

When tomorrow comes we must have hope
We must reach out to every single child
When tomorrow comes we spread our love
And make it a better day

生活会有悲和喜
We've gotta pray and do our best
只要伸出我们的手
To bring you a better tomorrow

明天孩子们会有希望
会长出耀眼的翅膀
When tomorrow comes we spread our love
And make it a better day (重复*)

30 hours famine

You've got the power!! Neil Armstrong once said ' a small step for me, is a giant leap for the mankind'. Statistic showed that 1/6 of the world population today are living in poverty. However, the question now is how we can help to eradicate poverty?? Actually it is very easy, as long as everyone put some little effort to help these poverty children then the poverty can be eradicated. For me, I had joined the 30 hours famine camp organized by INTI-UC Stact Club in collaboration with the World Vision.

The camp was held in two places- Bagan Lalang (a famous beach nearby Nilai) and INTI-UC's Sport Hall. I learned a lot of things from the camp. I could experience how the children in the third world live in hunger. Besides, I also get to know the importance of a proper shelter to live in. Being poverty for 30 hours is uncomparable with those who live in povery in the whole life.

At Bagan Lalang, we played games related to poverty and having camp fire a night. Moreover, the organizer also played a lot of poverty clips on how the poor live in order to survive. In short, this wonderful camp is worth joining. I promise myself that I will try my best to help the poor in the future. For those readers outside there, I believe you all can contribute a little bit to help eradicate poverty too. Remember that, YOU'VE GOT THE POWER!!

Say Peace, No War!! Haha....

What a romantic scene....

Can see the words?? Caligraphy on the beach ... :p
